Option 1 — Delete inside the app (instant)
- Open RUCO Call on your phone.
- Go to Settings.
- Tap Account → Delete account.
- Confirm. Your account is deleted immediately.
Option 2 — Request deletion by email
If you've uninstalled the app or can't sign in, email us from the address linked to your account:
- To: rucocall.support@kronytechnologies.com
- Subject: Delete my RUCO Call account
We verify the request and complete deletion within 7 days, and confirm by reply.
What gets deleted
- Account record — your sign-in (email) is removed from our authentication system.
- Cloud profile data — any profile fields linked to your account are removed.
- Crash diagnostics — crash reports are anonymous and auto-expire; nothing is tied to your deleted account.
On-device data
Your call history, whitelist, modes and settings are stored only on your phone, never on our servers. Uninstalling the app, or using Android Settings → Apps → RUCO Call → Storage → Clear data, erases all of it instantly.
Data we keep (and for how long)
None. After account deletion we retain no personal data about you. Standard, non-identifying server logs (if any) expire automatically within 30 days.
